Michelle Caldwell Thompson is the Founder and Principal Broker of CTI Real Estate, an independent firm she established in 2004. CTI Real Estate specializes in Residential Sales, Bank and Trust Services, REO/Default Management, Commercial Leasing, and Property Management. Under her guidance, CTI Real Estate, with a dedicated team of nearly 70 professionals, has grown to become the largest African American-owned Real Estate Firm in Planning District 16, which includes Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline counties, and the City of Fredericksburg.
A passionate advocate for workforce development, Michelle dedicates her time to tutoring high school students, offering internships, and providing business etiquette training for individuals re-entering the workforce after challenging experiences. As a licensed Real Estate Instructor in Virginia, she teaches licensing and continuing education courses for both aspiring and seasoned real estate professionals.
