She is the founder of two non-profit organizations. Heritage House International focuses on historical preservation and cultural awareness and Texas Women Veterans which creates social entrepreneurship, mentorship programs and community engagement for female veterans. She has founded other organizations to serve the church and continues to sponsor programs for community restoration.
Pam is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces with a background in nursing. She holds several degrees, mastering Non-Profit Management and Human Resource Development. She is a bi-lingual artist known for her passionate storytelling quilts and memory crafts. She actively supports international ministry in many areas. She is passionate about her spiritual gift of service and thrives on developing new projects. Pam is married with children and grandchildren. She is an outstanding example of a servant leader.
